How long until our order is shipped?
Your order is shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of receiving the order.
What do you do if we order something and you are temporarily out of stock?
This does not happen that frequently as we keep our site up to date, however if it does we will contact you immediately by email and telephone.
What if our order is damaged in transit?
We are not responsible for damage caused by the carriers. UPS will cover damages caused during shipment. Please be sure all address information is correct and complete. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect mailing information, the fee and any further shipping charges will be charged to your account.
Do you guarantee pricing and accuracy of data?
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with pricing, stock availability and product descriptions on our website, however, we do not guarantee that all information on our site is accurate, complete or without error. Pricing may be subject to change. We are not responsible for any third party links that might be somehow linked to or from our website.
What method of payment can I use when ordering from the Tamra Berry?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. You must be at least 18 years of age to order from our website.
How will I know you have received my order?
After you place your order, you will automatically receive an email, confirming that we received your order. You can print that email for your records. A second email will confirm the availability of all items ordered, will verify your shipping address and pricing and will let you know when to expect your order. You can also verify the status of your order by logging into your account on our web site.

Our secure server uses 256 bit encryption, the level of security that most banks use in their online transactions. We never store your credit card number on our servers, we never have access to it. The information is transmitted directly to our bank who protects it with industry tested bank level security.
We never share your personal data with any individual or company. We keep it confidential. We reserve the right to send you promotional emails or direct mail from time to time.
Refunds are only available for unopened products that have been returned. You will need to contact us for RMA prior to returning a product. Please call 513-772-8891 for authorization.
